Our items are made-to-order and take 5-7 working days to produce and up to another 5-14 days to deliver, depending on destination. Customized orders may take longer.

• Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

• For international orders: We only collect shipping charges at checkout, and we do not collect Customs Duty and Import Taxes. Depending on your country, you may incur separate fees for import taxes and/or duties once the products have been shipped to your country. Please familiarize yourself with the tax and duty regulations in your country.

• If our shipping & delivery partner attempts to send your order and you fail to answer the phone or update your shipping information via phone , then your order will be returned to us and another shipping charge will be applied to send it to you again at a later time. Please make sure to insert your correct details.

• If a customer fails to pick up an order within 60 days from the date of the shipment we will have the right to sell it and customer’s full amount is non~refundable.
